The location

The room was smelly. The upholstery and curtains had big blotchy highly visible stains. Dinner first night - I wanted to eat local (many options on the menu) I was told no South Indian was available, only North Indian. There was no dessert available (ice cream, gulab jamuns on the menu). But for breakfast, did not eat there after that. Last day, came back from meetings, had to check out at 2pm, had half an hour, wanted to grab a bite. Asked room service for a quick sandwich. Was told it was not available. Only regular lunch and dinner was available. Internet was sporadic. TV only had English News, no other English channel. The gym was laughable.

The staff was very rude at the reception he was not welcoming at all he was demanding a lot this place doesn’t deserve that price at all as there are 4-5 star hotels in vizag which are available at a similar price this is a local hotel and demanding so much with grumpy faces

The sheets and pillows and the couch was stained and the walls were dirty very unsanitary

View and location

Cockroach infested rooms and not clean Food not upto the mark

Bed linen, towels are not properly cleaned ( bad smell and several spot marks were found). The cleaning team were awfull at their work.

1. Great location overlooking the sea! 2. The views from the rooms are gorgeous 3. Well located and around several eateries etc 4. Easy for uber cabs etc to find the property

1. The insides of the rooms need a little maintenance. Paint is peeling off at places, toilet seats are loose and towels are very old and hence feel a little unhygienic.

This Hotel has a beautiful view of the sea and the beach and is situated only a few meters from the beach.

I didn´t like the hotel restaurant meals, service and opening hours.

Staff were polite and happy to help. Reception were always available. Food in the restaurant was always served hot and also good value

Nice rooms, nice food and recption

Windows were broken in room. No pool

nothing, it was a really bad experience with nasty bedsheets and lack of hospitality.

everything, mainly the restaurant, they will take your order but will never serve you on time and will keep you on waiting even they will forgot to serve you with complete order.. truly saying it was horrible experience. just one suggestion, before paying advance for the hotel check the room and linens and make shur your room doesn’t stink. and do not eat in their restaurant. morning breakfast is absolutely basic and nothing special.overall do not choose this one for your stay.

The location was perfect and we got the exact same room as seen in the picture. The view was fantastic. Wifi was good. Toilets were very clean. Breakfast was delicious.

The room tariff could be slightly lower.

Food was OK. No variety. Room wasnt worth the price.Walls had cracks, curtains old. Bathroom clogged.

The sea view

The hotel was nothing as expected, it is old, the room was smelling like sewage water, the bed linens were dirty, it is not meeting the minimum standards either.

The hotel location was very good and the staff were also very courteous and helpful. They even went ahead and prepared a meal specifically for us as we weren’t keeping well . That goes to show the hospitality part of the hotel group. Would definitely recommend

Location is fabulous and view is awesome.

The took money for three guests but for breakfast the man in charge absolutely confused it back to back two days n insulted in front of public by pointing I need to pay extra because the breakfast is complimentary for 2 people. First day I had let it go n immediately agreed to pay for myself but second day I could not tolerate this non sense. This is rubbish.

Charging extra amount heavly for sea view rooms , even if vacant not providing for guests without extra payment

The location and view was great. Good staff and food was good too. Breakfast was satisfactory too. Good place to go visit all the sites around. Museums etc all close by.

Our stay was good. No shortcomings.
